Yes! Our support staff are in-house and know your website because they developed it. Whether by phone, text, or email, we’re ready to solve your enquiries.
We sure can! WordPress is what’s called a ‘Content Management System’ or CMS for short. This will allow you edit the contents of your website in a friendly user interface without the need to learn how to code. WordPress has become one of the most widely used CMSs on the internet today because of its ease of use and huge collection of templates and plugins. It’s not the only CMS however, and if your particular project is better suited to an alternative, we will discuss this with you.
Most definitely. We run scheduled backups of every website which is stored securely on the server. We also offer off site backups so you’re protected in case of a more serious problem.
Not at all! We’ll provide you with a proposal for your website and a full quote which we guarantee to not go higher than 10% over budget. If you have your own hosting, domain names, and email accounts, we can continue with your current plans or recommend some alternatives. We do also provide services including Hosting, Domain Names, Email Hosting, SSL Certificates, etc which are charged on a yearly basis. If you wish to cancel any of these services with us, we ask that you provide at least 90 days notice.
Every project is different so you’ll need to provide us with as much information as possible to get an accurate quote. As a rough guide, we have created some packages which you can see on our Homepage. Typically, we’ll be able to build your website for under AUD$6,000. If you’re after an eCommerce website (to sell products online), you’re looking at around AUD$10,000 all said and done.
Of course we will! If you have services with another provider, we can consolidate everything in one place if that’s what you’re after. You’ll usually find that bringing everything together under one roof will pay for itself within a year or so!
We sure do! We are resellers of a number of providers with servers around the world. If you need it, our proposal will include all the details for servers we recommend for you. We also provide Email Hosting, SSL Certificates, Email Protection, and Fax To Email among other things.
For sure! Most of out hosting packages come with email hosting built in, but if you need separate email hosting, or already have hosting with another provider, we can do your email hosting for you. We may recommend you sign up for Office 365 for your emails, or another Exchange service, but we’ll run you through everything or better yet, set it all up for you!

Oh yes! We use a number of technologies to ensure the security of all our site builds including protection against brute forced logins, man-in-the-middle attacks, and malware. Backups also ensure that a site can be back up and running should anything go wrong.
Websites do sometimes go down and uptime is the measure of how long a website has stayed online throughout the year. Our partnered hosting resellers have uptime guarantees of 99.9% because we know you need your site online during your next campaign launch or when your article has gone viral.
We can! If you elect to manage your freshly developed website on your own, we provide a complementary 1 hour training session to familiarise yourself with the back end. Or choose our hassle free fully managed solution and you won’t ever get your hands dirty.
Of course you can! We let you decide how involved you want to be with the development of your website and work with you or your designers to get your branding across to your website. Our designers will always be on hand should you require some extra tweaks or a fully custom designed site.
Only if you choose the ongoing services we provide. Some of these services include Hosting, Domain Names, Email Hosting, SSL Certificates, and Off-Site Backups. We also recommend you sign up for our quarterly check-ups where we make sure everything is working as it should and everything is updated and secure. After the website has been handed over, we are happy to help you make any additional changes which are charge at an hourly rate.
